The wait is nearly over. Six weeks later than originally scheduled, the Road to Indy Presented by Cooper Tires’ annual “Spring Training” open test will take place April 3-6 at Barber Motorsports Park in rural Leeds, Ala.

Road to Indy Presented by Cooper Tires veterans RC Enerson and Oliver Askew each scored a narrow victory this evening at the World Wide Technology Raceway oval in Madison, Ill., as a pair of thrilling All-Star Invitational races provided a fitting conclusion to the third season of TireRack.com Road to Indy iRacing eSeries Presented by Cooper Tires competition.

The final event of the TireRack.com Road to Indy iRacing eSeries Presented by Cooper Tires will add a new twist to its regular Wednesday night outing with an All-Star Invitational to be held virtually tomorrow at World Wide Technology Raceway.

Teen-aged New Yorker Max Esterson clinched the TireRack.com Road to Indy iRacing eSeries Presented by Cooper Tires crown with a fine victory in the first of today’s final two 20-minute simulated races at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. Fellow iRacing expert Andre Castro, also from New York, took advantage of the reverse grid pole position to romp to a clear win in the finale.

The five-event, 10-race TireRack.com Road to Indy iRacing eSeries Presented by Cooper Tires will conclude virtually on the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course this evening to settle a championship that has pitted current Road to Indy drivers against future series prospects. Six different drivers have claimed race wins with championship contenders Max Esterson and Braden Eves showcasing their skills with a pair of victories each.
